May 23 - 26: Memorial Day Event at Haven Harbor Marina on Swan Creek, Rock Hall.

Haven Harbor will be opening their pool early and sectioning off some of their picnic space for us. Early birds that want to meet up in Swan Creek on Friday night are welcome to come and bring appetizers and cocktails to share.  Saturday night will be a picnic at Haven Harbor. Sunday night will be catered by Ocean Grill and Catering out of Easton – the planned menu includes crab cakes and fried chicken with a bunch of sides.

Club Events:
FRIDAY night: Early birds that want to meet up in Swan Creek are welcome to come, raft up and bring appetizers and cocktails to share with other like minded boaters.
SATURDAY night: Picnic at Haven Harbor - 5:30pm Cocktails and Appetizers – Members with last names beginning with A- M, please bring appetizers to share.  6:30pm picnic with brats, burgers, salads, dessert and all the fixings.
SUNDAY morning: 10:00am Continental Breakfast – with boiled eggs, pastries, juice, coffee, fruit and stuff…
SUNDAY night: 5:30pm Cocktails and Appetizers – Members with last names beginning with N-Z, please bring appetizers to share. 6:30pm - Dinner catered by Ocean Grill and Catering out of Easton - the planned menu includes crab cakes and fried chicken with a bunch of sides.   (BTW, Ocean Grill catered for BCYC both July 4th last year and the last night of the annual cruise.)

On Saturday, the famous annual Chestertown Tea Party reenactment is held at 2pm and the Trolley Car will stop at Haven Harbor to take folks into Chestertown for this fun filled day.  The entire day is fun filled and you can leave for Chestertown anytime the trolley arrives, but you might want to check out the time table and schedule.

A bocci ball challenge match is planned for Sunday and Pam Loving will make sure we all have a great time.  Of course, folks can take the Trolley Car in to Rock Hall for shopping and site seeing at any time.

If you plan to attend, please call and make your reservations at Haven Harbor Marina. The club is holding 20 slips but you need to call and give them your credit card.

COST: 
Saturday dinner $18 per person. 
Sunday breakfast $4 per person.
Sunday dinner $35 per person.

Pre-paid event ($5 more for dinner day of the event, no exceptions).  Sign up and pay by May 20.
