Log In Assistance with IE 7 |

Internet Explorer version 6 should be avoided altogether. It has many known bugs. Internet Explorer version 7. Assuming you have your user name and password, you may need to adjust some settings in your Internet Explorer browser if you have upgraded to version 7.0 or higher.
1) Open your IE (Internet Explorer) browser
2) Click on Tools and choose Internet Options
3) In the Internet Options window, click the "Content" tab
4) Under "Content Advisor" click "Enable"
5) In the Content Advisor window, click the "Approved Sites" tab
6) In the "Allow this Website" Box, type www.gobcyc.com and click "Always" then click OK
7) When the box for "Password" comes up, DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING but click "Cancel" (this step is VERY important!)
8) Click OK
That should do it. A more friendly browser is firefox. You may download a free version of this really nice browser at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/. It doesn't have the log in problems associated with IE 7.
