CARIBBEAN NIGHTS March 20, 2010
The next BCYC event themed "Caribbean Nights" is presented to you by Rosie and Ron Gollehon. The tropical evening is set for Saturday, March 20 starting at 5PM at President Point, Annapolis. All you have to do is RSVP, pay by March 18, bring a dessert and your preferred drink. A caribbean drink such as fruit punch, margarita or pina colada to share would be ideal, but is optional. Wally will bring his infamous keg of rum punch. The Caribbean cuisine will be:
Gazpacho from St. Croix
Curried Egg Salad in Tomato Shells from St. Martin
Arroz Con Pollo (Rice with chicken) from Puerto Rico
Sweet Potato Salad from the Virgin Islands
Tropical Citrus Salad from Dominica
Tropical Cappuccino from the Bahamas
Dessert (from the attendees)
The "Stone" Rum Punch, Calypso music (ala Jamie Ritter) and a little limbo should have everyone singing and dancing the evening away. And WEAR something tropical to add to the ambiance.
